3) Legal bases for processing
Depending on your location and the context, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and product reliability, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on consent.
4) How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us deliver the Service. This includes cloud infrastructure and managed services used for compute, storage, authentication, and billing. For example:

We may also share information if required to comply with law, to protect the Service, or to enforce our Terms, including with professional advisors, auditors, insurers, or authorities where reasonably necessary. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment card details are generally processed by Stripe and are not stored by TempoQuest except for limited billing metadata needed for records, entitlements, and support.

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, session tokens, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Service, remember preferences, and support reliability and fraud prevention.
6) International transfers
The Service may be hosted and operated in countries other than where you are located. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.
7) Data retention
We retain outputs and related run artifacts for the retention period associated with your plan. After that period, outputs may be deleted. You are responsible for exporting or archiving outputs you wish to keep beyond retention.
We also retain account, billing, security, and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain audit trails.
